Grapefruit Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cornstarch | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Strawberry package | 1 | |
| 3 or 4 grapefruit, sectioned and drained | ||
| Pie crust | 1 , baked | |
| Whipped topping | ||
Directions
Cook sugar, water, cornstarch, and salt until thick.
Add gelatin.
Stir until dissolved.
Add grapefruit.
Put filling in pie crust.
Top with whipped topping.
