3 egg whites
 
3 pkts. concentrated acesulfame-K

Directions

Cut the grapefruit in half; snip the center core from each half, then cut around all sections, and arrange the halves in a shallow baking dish lined with aluminum foil.
Beat the egg whites until they are stiff enough to hold their shape; gradually add the acesulfame-K, beating until they are stiff.
Pile some of meringue mixture on top of each grapefruit half.
Bake for 15 minutes in a 375°F (190°C) oven.
