Grapefruit Madeira Recipe
Ingredients
| Grapefruit | 3 , halved | |
| Brown sugar - 6 to 8 teaspoons | ||
| Madeira or sherry - 6 tablespoons | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the broiler.
MAKING
2) Gently cut around each section of grapefruit halves.
3) Sprinkle evenly with the brown sugar and place under a broiler.
4) Just before serving, pour a tablespoon of Madeira or sherry over each grapefruit half.
SERVING
5) Serve the Grapefruit Madeira, immediately on a serving platter.
