Grapefruit Grape Jelly Recipe
Ingredients
| Grapefruit juice | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| White grape juice | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tsp granulated fructose | ||
| 4 tsp Slim Set jelling mix | ||
Directions
Combine the juices and fructose in a saucepan.
Simmer for 5 minutes; remove pan from heat.
Add the jelling mix and stir to dissolve.
Return to heat and bring to the boil; boil for a minute.
Pour into a serving dish or clean jar and allow to set.
