|Orange juice concentrate||2 Tablespoon|

1 Cut the grapefruit into half.
2 Remove grapefruit sections by cutting around the edges.
3 Drain throughly and save the shells.
4 Scallop the edges of the shells.
5 In a bowl add grapefruit and other fruits. Mix well.
6 Fill the fruit mixture in each shell and chill.
7 In a bowl, combine yogurt and orange juice concentrate and use 1 tablespoon of this sauce to top each cup.
