Grapefruit Cups Recipe
Ingredients

| 3 passionfruit | ||
| HONEY SYRUP | ||
| Honey | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cinnamon stick | 1 | |
Directions
Cut grapefruit in half crossways, scoop pulp out, taking care not to damage skin.
Cut grapefruit pulp into segments.
Peel oranges thickly, cut into segments.
Peel pineapple, cut into small cubes.
Combine grapefruit, orange, pineapple and passionfruit pulp in bowl.
Divide fruit mixture evenly between grapefruit cups.
Refrigerate until ready to serve, then top with Honey Syrup.
Honey Syrup: Combine honey, water and cinnamon stick in pan.
Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer gently uncovered for 5 minutes.
Cut grapefruit pulp into segments.
