Grapefruit Crab Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
| Crab meat | 1 6 1/2 Ounce, chilled | |
| Lemon juice | ||
| Grapefruit | 1 1 pound, chilled | |
| 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Catsup | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Few drops Tabasco sauce | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Separate the crab meat, remove cartilages, if any and drizzle with the lemon juice.
2) In the cocktail glasses, arrange the crab meat and grapefruit segments.
3) In a bowl, blend rest of the ingredients together and pour into the cocktail glasses.
SERVING
4) Serve immediately as an appetizer.
