Grapefruit-Avocado Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1 pink grapefruit
1 1/2 large heads romaine lettuce
1 avocado
French dressing
Directions
Cut away peel€”including all the white membrane€” from grapefruit; remove the sections.
Shred lettuce and pile into salad bowl.
Top with grapefruit.
Peel and slice avocado and arrange on salad.
Add your favorite French dressing.
