Grapefruit Anisette Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 pink-fleshed grapefruit, halved | ||
| 4 teaspoons Pernod | ||
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Mint leaves | 8 , washed | |
Directions
Preheat the broiler to hot.
Sprinkle the grapefruit with the Pernod and soak for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with the sugar and cook under the broiler, 5 to 6 inches (13 to 15 cm) from the heat, for about 8 minutes or until glazed.
Garnish with mint leaves and serve at once or let cool.
