Grape Wine Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin | ||
| Cold water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Boiling water | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry white wine | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Peach | 6 | |
| 1/4 pound white seedless grapes | ||
Directions
Soften gelatin in cold water and dissolve in boiling water.
Add lemon juice, sugar, and wine.
Spoon a layer of gelatin into the bottom of a chilled 9 inch mold.
Press peach halves around bottom and place a small cluster of grapes in center.
Chill until almost set.
Combine remaining grapes with gelatin and spoon over peach halves.
Chill until firm.
Unmold.
Add lemon juice, sugar, and wine.
