Ingredients

 1 Cup Grape Nuts
 Buttermilk2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Eggs2
 Flour3 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Soda1 Teaspoon
 Baking powder2 Teaspoon

Directions

Soak grape nuts in buttermilk for 10 minutes.
Cream sugar and eggs.
Add milk and grape nuts mixture.
Sift dry ingredients and add to above mixture.
Pour into 2 loaf pans, greased and floured.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean when stuck into center of loaf.
