Grape Jam Recipe
Ingredients
3 pounds Concord grapes
3 cups sugar, about
Directions
Remove grapes from stems, wash and press pulp from skins.
Cook pulp until tender and press through sieve to remove seeds.
Cook skins until tender in a small amount of water.
Combine skins and pulp and weigh.
Add 1 cup sugar for each pound and cook until thick.
Pour into clean hot jars and seal.
