Grape Flan Recipe
Ingredients
| Cream cheese | 350 Gram | |
| Juice 2 oranges | ||
| Grated rind 1 orange | ||
| One 22.5 cm (9 in) cooked pie shell | ||
| Grapes | 100 Gram, deseeded | |
| Black grapes | 100 Gram, deseeded | |
| Granulated Sugar | 15 Milliliter | |
| Water | 30 Milliliter | |
Directions
1 Mix together the cream cheese, orange juice and rind.
Spread this mixture across the base of the pie shell.
2 Arrange 2 triangles of green grapes and 2 of black grapes on top of the filling, facing inwards.
3 Boil the sugar and water until syrupy and brush over the grapes.
Serve with whipped cream.
