1 env. Unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1 can (6 oz.) frozen grape juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 cup grapefruit juice
2 tablespoons sugar
Few grains salt
1 1/2 cups chilled heavy cream
1 baked 8 in. pie shell
Directions
Soften gelatin in cold water; stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
Remove from heat and blend in the concentrate.
Stir in grapefruit juice, sugar, and salt until sugar is dissolved.
Chill until slightly thickened.
