Grape And Apple Sauce Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Grapes | 2 Cup (32 tbs), washed | |
| Quick cooking tapioca | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Pastry shell | 9 Inch (made with shortcrust pastry) | |
| Apple sauce | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 8 Ounce | |
| Water | 1⁄2 Pint | |
| Whipped cream | 1 Tablespoon |
Directions
Cook grapes for about 10 minutes in a little water in a covered saucepan over a moderate heat.
Rub through strainer, add sugar, apple sauce and water and return to heat.
Stir in tapioca and cook until clear, then turn into pastry shell.
Top with whipped cream before serving.
