Grape Snow Recipe
Ingredients
| Unflavored gelatin | 1 | |
| Water | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), divided | |
| Honey | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Juice concentrate | 1 Can (10oz), frozen | |
| Egg whites | 3 |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a small saucepan, soften the gelatin in 1/2 cup water for 5 minutes.
2) Add honey and stir continuously over a low heat, until the gelatin is dissolved.
3) Remove from heat, stir in the grape juice concentrate and rest of the water, stirring until the grape juice has melted.
4) Refrigerate for about 1 1/4 hours, until the mixture resembles unbeaten egg whites.
5) In a large bowl, transfer the grape juice mixture, beat in the egg whites until the mixture is fluffy and thickened.
6) In 8 dessert glasses, spoon the mixture equally and refrigerate until set.
7) Store in the refrigerator until serving time.
SERVING
8) Serve the Grape Snow chilled in the dessert glasses.
