 Buttermilk1 Pint, chilled
 Dry milk1/2 Cup (16 tbs), Processed
 Grape juice1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chilled
 Sugar2 Tablespoon
 Salt1/16 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice2 Teaspoon

Directions

Put buttermilk into a mixing bowl, sprinkle the dry milk solids over the surface, and beat until smooth with a rotary egg beater.
Add remaining ingredients, whip until frothy and serve immediately; or cover and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Whip again just before pouring.
