Grape Buttermilk Recipe
Ingredients
| Buttermilk | 1 Pint, chilled | |
| Dry milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), Processed | |
| Grape juice | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chilled | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/16 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon |
Directions
Put buttermilk into a mixing bowl, sprinkle the dry milk solids over the surface, and beat until smooth with a rotary egg beater.
Add remaining ingredients, whip until frothy and serve immediately; or cover and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Whip again just before pouring.
