Granola Bars Recipe
Ingredients
| Packed brown sugar | 3 Cup (48 tbs) | |
| Oil | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 4 | |
| Vanilla | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Baking soda | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Rolled oats | 4 Cup (64 tbs) | |
| Walnuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Shredded coconut | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Whole wheat flour | 4 Cup (64 tbs) |
Directions
In the Bosch mixing bowl, cream together sugar and oil.
Add eggs, and beat in each additional ingredient as listed.
Divide batter equally between two greased 11x17inch baking pans, and spread evenly.
Bake in a 375° F.
Oven for 15 minutes.
Cut into squares while warm.
Remove from pan to cool.
