Directions

Combine oats, peanuts, raisins, wheat germ, coconut, sugar and cinnamon in a 3 qt.glass casserole dish.
Mix together vegetable oil and honey.
Pour over oat mixture and stir until well coated.
Microwave 6 minutes, stirring once during cooking.
Cool thoroughly.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
