Granola Topping Recipe

Ingredients
3 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup wheat germ
2/3 cup sliced unsalted almonds (optional)
1 tsp saffloweroil
2 tsp molasses
1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice
Directions
Mix the oatmeal, wheat germ, and almonds in a lasagna or jelly-roll pan.
Heat the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and stir to combine.
Drizzle this over the oatmeal mixture, then use a spatula to push the mixture around in the pan until evenly coated.
Bake in a 325°F (160°C) oven for about 30 minutes.
Then mix again and bake for 10 minutes.
The longer you cook it, the crunchier the granola gets.
