Granola Crisps Recipe
Ingredients
| Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Corn syrup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 3 cups Granola cereal | ||
Directions
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a saucepan and stir and bring to a rolling boil.
Add Granola.
Stir quickly to coat the cereal bits and scrape into an oiled 8 X 15-inch jelly-roll pan.
Press out evenly with oiled fingers and mark into 1 1/2 or 2-inch squares.
Spread haphazardly with melted chips and chill.
Cut through.
