Ingredients

 
1 cup sugar
 
1/2 cup Oil
 
1/3 cup honey
 
2 eggs
 
1/4 cup water
 
2 cups unsifted all-purpose flour
 
1 3/4 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
 
1 teaspoon baking soda
 
1 teaspoon salt
 
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 
1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
 
1/2 cup raisins
 
1/2 cup chopped nuts
 
1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
 
1/2 cup flaked coconut

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 °F.
Grease baking sheet.
Set aside.
Mix sugar, Crisco® Oil, honey, eggs and water in large mixing bowl.
Add flour, oats, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Mix well.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Drop by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto prepared baking sheet.
Bake at 350 °F, about 8 minutes, or until almost no indentation remains when touched lightly.
Cool on wire rack.
