| Stone-ground corn meal - 1 cup | ||
| Pecans and walnuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Seeds such as sesame, sunflower or pumpkin - 1/2 cup | ||
| Wheat germ | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Date sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Then mix:) | |

Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven at 225 ° F.
MAKING
