Granola Bars Recipe
Ingredients
| Honey | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Peanut butter | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Granola | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Nuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1/3 c. dried apricots or raisins | ||
| Sunflower seeds | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), toasted | |
| Coconut | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Wheat germ | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sesame seed | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), toasted | |
Directions
In a 3-quart bowl, bring honey to a boil and boil for 1 minute.
Add peanut butter and blend; microwave 30 seconds.
In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
Stir into hot honey mixture.
Press into a 7 x 11 x 2-inch dish.
Cover and chill.
