Ingredients

 Grapeseed or expeller-pressed canola oil - 2 tablespoons
 Sesame seeds1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Honey1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Pure vanilla extract1 Tablespoon
 Old-fashioned rolled oats or milled 3-grain hot cereal - 2 cups
 Slivered almonds1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Orange zest1 Tablespoon
 Unsweetened coconut1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cinnamon1 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven moderate to 350°F.

MAKING
2) In a large bowl mix oil, sesame seeds, honey, vanilla, oats, almonds, orange zest, and coconut.
3) Mix everything together until well coated.
4) Grease a baking pan with a rim.
5) Transfer the mixture into it and spread the ingredients evenly.
6) Sprinkle cinnamon over it and bake for 20 minutes.
7) Stir with a spatula until all the oats are evenly browned.
8) Let stand for 5-10 minutes.
9) Keep in a zip-lock plastic bag in the freezer.

SERVING
10) Serve cold.
