Ingredients

 Quick cooking oats3/4 Ounce, uncooked
 Almonds1/2 Ounce, sliced
 Coconut2 Teaspoon, shredded
 Wheat germ1 Teaspoon
 Cinnamon1/4 Teaspoon
 Vegetable oil1 Teaspoon
 Maple syrup - teaspoon
 Vanilla extract - 1/3 teaspoon, vanilla extract
 Golden raisins - 2 tablespoon OR Mixed dried fruit - 3/4 ounce

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

MAKING
2.In a mixing bowl, combine together oats, almonds, coconut, wheat germ and cinnamon.
3. In another small bowl, add oil, maple syrup, and vanilla. Mix well and add this to the oats mixture. Toss well.
4. Take non stick baking sheet and trasnfer oats mixture onto this.
5. Bake for 10 minutes, stirring occassionally until brown in color.
6. Let cool on wire rack.
7. Take a medium mixing bowl, add in the oats mixture, dried fruits and toss to combine well.

SERVING
8.Store in airtight containers for a week and use as and when desired.
