 2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
 2 cups barley flakes
 2 cups Grapenuts-brand cereal, or wheat flakes
 1 cup bran flakes
 Sesame seeds1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sunflower oil3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Almonds1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cherries1 Cup (16 tbs), dried
 Blueberries1 Cup (16 tbs), dried
 Raisins1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Honey1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Molasses1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Fresh fruit
 Yogurt

Directions

GETTING READY
1)Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

MAKING
2)In a large mixing bowl, combine together, barley flakes, bran flakes, rolled oats, sesame seeds, grapenuts, oil and water.
3)Take an ungreased cake pan of size 13X9 inch and transfer contents of bowl into this.
4)Bake for 45 minutes. Stir once every 15 minutes.
5)Once done, cool. Then add in cherries, almonds, honey, molasses, blueberries, raisins.

SERVING
6)Take out cereal bowls and spoon in some granola.
7)Serve with yogurt and fresh fruits.
