Ingredients

 Oatmeal2 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked
 Wheat germ1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 cup bran or bran cereal
 Raisins1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 cup diced dried fruit, such as apricots, apples, prunes, figs, or a mixture
 1/2 cup chopped nuts, such a walnuts, pecans, cashews, hazelnuts, or almonds
 Sunflower seeds1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sesame seeds1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Flaked coconut1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Combine all the ingredients and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
(It will keep for at least 2 weeks.) Serve with milk and, if desired, sugar or honey.
