Directions

This is a soft and refreshing Italian ice.
Freeze cubes of fruit or berries on a cookie sheet for a couple of hours or until frozen solid.
Once frozen, transfer them to a food processor, add a simple sugar syrup and pulse with an on-off motion until almost smooth.
I like my granita with some texture, so I work quickly.
