Ingredients

 Wine vinegar1 1/2 Tablespoon (Salad Oil - 4 ounce)
 Water4 Ounce (Salad Oil - 4 ounce)
 Egg yolk1 (Salad Oil - 4 ounce)
 Brown sugar3 Tablespoon (Salad Oil - 4 ounce)
 Dry mustard1 Teaspoon (Salad Oil - 4 ounce)
 Cayenne Pepper - a large pinch
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), peeled (Salad Oil - 4 ounce)
 Flour2 Teaspoon (Salad Oil - 4 ounce)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon (Salad Oil - 4 ounce)

Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a bowl, combine, egg yolk, oil and vinegar in a deep serving dish and keep aside.

MAKING
2) In a microwavable dish, mix in flour, sugar, mustard and slowly add in water, mixing to get a smooth paste.
3) Microwave uncovered for 4 minutes on HIGH, stirring once every minute.
4) Once done, pour the paste over the egg-vinegar mixture.
5) Season with salt, cayenne and garlic clove.

SERVING
6) Serve Grandmother's Salad Dressing at room temperature.
