Ingredients

 2 tablespoons unflavoured gelatine
 Cold water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Package cream cheese1 16 Ounce, softened
 Orange rind2 Tablespoon, grated
 Salt3/4 Teaspoon
 1/2 cup undiluted orange juice
 Peach juice1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Peach1 19 Ounce, drained

Directions

In a saucepan sprinkle gelatine onto cold water and let stand for 5 minutes.
Dissolve over hot water.
Add cream cheese and mix well before adding rind, salt, orange and peach juice.
Pour into wet moulds and chill.
Unmould and serve with peach halves.
