Grandmother's Cream Cheese Sovas Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 tablespoons unflavoured gelatine | ||
| Cold water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Package cream cheese | 1 16 Ounce, softened | |
| Orange rind | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 cup undiluted orange juice | ||
| Peach juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Peach | 1 19 Ounce, drained | |
Directions
In a saucepan sprinkle gelatine onto cold water and let stand for 5 minutes.
Dissolve over hot water.
Add cream cheese and mix well before adding rind, salt, orange and peach juice.
Pour into wet moulds and chill.
Unmould and serve with peach halves.
