2 cups All Purpose Flour
 
1 tablespoon baking powder
 
1 teaspoon salt
 
3/4 cup milk
 
2 tablespoons cooking oil
 
1/2 cup sugar
 
1 teaspoon cinnamon
 
1/3 cup Butter

Directions

Combine flour, milk and oil in mixing bowl.
Stir until dough clings together.
Knead on floured surface 10 to 12 times.
Roll out to a 16x8-inch rectangle.
Cut into eight 4-inch squares.
Combine sugar and cinnamon.
Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Place a tablespoon in center of each square.
Bring up corners of squares; seal edges to within 1 inch of top.
Fold back points to make an opening in the top.
Place in well-greased 11x7-inch pan.
Bake at 450° for 15 to 18 minutes
