Grandma's Stew Beef Hash with Grits Recipe Video
Grandma’s stew beef hash with grits is a tried and tested formula that would hold pride of place on your table. Enjoy the mouthwatering blend of beef, potatoes and a host of other ingredients.
2 chopped onions
2 tsp minced garlic
3 lb stew beef
Potatoes (cut into small pieces)
½ cup half and half cream
Take a pan and add the butter. When the butter melts add in the chopped onions. Add 2 tsp of minced garlic and the stew beef. Add the Italian seasoning. Cover and cook. Stir in between. Add the potatoes and stir well. Add chicken stock to cover the potatoes and beef. Stir, cover and cook till the meat ad potatoes are done. Add half and half cream. Stir and serve.
