Hi Amy, This Grandma's Peanut Butter Pie looks really very yummy ! And it does not involve baking too. Thanks for that ready made pie shell usage tip. It does make preparation a lot easier. I was worrying about the weight that I'd put on by eating that rich creamy buttery pie, but your bike ride gave me an idea. Even I gonna bike down the countryside like you :D

Hi foodpsychologist! How have you been? I hope all is going great with you and yours! I love that this pie is no-bake. It's really quick and easy to make. It's also great with a pre-made oreo pie shell :-) More calories, LOL. I try to do everything in moderation. For me personally, if I tell myself I can't have something, that's exactly what I will crave. So I just have it... just not the whole pie, LOL. Bike riding is great exercise.. especially when you don't have any brakes :-) If you lived close to me, we could go bike riding. I scream a lot though... I don't do too well with bugs, LOL. Hugs to you sweetie!

Hi veg foodie! How are you? I hope all is going great with you. Sometimes I substitute splenda for sugar or use low-fat/no fat versions of some ingredients. But usually, when I make the substitutions, I tend to eat more of the finished product. LOL. I do try to limit white bread, white pasta, etc. and go for the whole grains when possible. I try to do everything in moderation and limit my intake of the goodies. And exercise, exercise, exercise, LOL. But yes, I totally understand trying to avoid the calorie laden goodies. My downfall is chocolate! If it's in the house, it ends up on my backside, HA HA HA! Hugs to you sweetie!!!

Hi healthyeating! I'm doing great! How about you? I hope all is well! I don't like spending much time in the kitchen either. I also try to stay away from recipes that have a gazillion ingredients. I like things quick and easy :-) Guess I'm a lazy cook, LOL. Hope you can try this recipe. It's really yummy! Hugs to you!!!
