Grandma's Old Fashioned Baked Rice Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked rice | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 3 | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 3 Tablespoons white raisins, plumped in hot water | ||
| Evaporated milk | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Cinnamon | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°.
Lightly butter a 9"x 5"x 3" loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients except cinnamon.
Pour into prepared pan.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Bake at 325° for 1 hour, or until just set.
