 Lean ground beef2 Pound, browned
 Chopped onion1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sauteed
 Green bell pepper1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Worcestershire sauce1 Tablespoon

 Ground cinnamon1/4 Teaspoon
 Garlic powder1/8 Teaspoon
 Black pepper salt1 To taste
 Kidney beans1 15 Ounce, drained
 Tomatoes1 16 Ounce, peeled
 Tomato Paste1 6 Ounce
 Tomato sauce1 15 Ounce

Directions

Brown ground beef with onions in a large saucepan; add remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer over low heat for 2 hours on a back burner or in a crockpot on low for 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
Cool, freeze in 1 6-cup container and 1 2-cup container for Saucy Hot Dogs.
