Grandma Blott'S Mashed Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
9 large potatoes
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp onion salt/powder
1/2 tsp salt
Pinch of white pepper
2 Tbsp butter and bread crumbs
Directions
Cook peeled potatoes.
Drain and mash.
Add remaining ingredients (except butter and crumbs) and beat.
Place in large greased casserole.
Dot with butter.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs, about 1/2 cup.
Bake, uncovered, at 300°F for 30 minutes
