Grandma's Pork Chop Bake Recipe

Ingredients
6 porkchops, about 1 inch thick
2 cups apple juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sage
1/3 cup seedless raisins
1 tablespoon margarine
3 tart apples, cored, sliced
5 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons molasses
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°.
Sprinkle pork chops with salt and sage.
Brown in margarine.
Arrange in baking dish.
Add flour to skillet; cook and stir til browned.
Add apple juice slowly, stirring constantly, and cook until mixture thickens.
Add vinegar and raisins to sauce.
Arrange apple slices on top of chops.
Pour molasses and sauce over chops and apples.
Cover and bake for 45 to 60 minutes, or until pork is done.
