Grandma 's Turkey Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Poultry seasoning | 3 Teaspoon, mixed | |
| 3 or 4 tbs chopped parsley | ||
| 7 or 8 cups stale, but soft bread crumbs | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Saute celery and onion in melted butter until onion is tender, then remove from heat and toss with remaining ingredients, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper.
Squeeze a small portion of the dressing between the ringers.
If the mixture falls apart, it is too dry and needs a little more melted butter or a sprinkle of hot broth.
