2 qts. vanilla ice cream.
 
1/3 cup Grand Marnier
 
1 recipe candied orange peel

Directions

Soften the ice cream in the refrigerator until it can be whipped with an electric beater.
Transfer the ice cream to a large mixing bowl.
Whip the ice cream on low until smooth.
Beat in the Grand Marnier.
Transfer the ice cream to a covered freezer container.
Freeze for several hours before serving.
If the ice cream becomes solid, soften it slightly in the refrigerator before serving.
Garnish with Candied Orange Peel.
