Ingredients

 60 g grated semi-sweet chocolate
 Butter45 Milliliter
 Egg yolks3
 Granulated Sugar45 Milliliter
 Half and Half60 Milliliter
 80 ml Grand Marnier liqueur
 Orange rind5 Milliliter, grated

Directions

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, add the butter and stir until melted.
Beat in the egg yolks one at a time, then the sugar.
Whip in the cream and cook until thickened.
Add the liqueur and orange rind, remove from heat and use as required.
