Granadilla Filling Recipe

This quick and simple granadilla filling made with granadilla pulp and juice is truly a wonderful treat! Spread it out with your snacks or desserts.

Ingredients

 
1/3-cup granadilla pulp and juice
 
2/3-cup hot water
 
4 tblspns, sugar (or to taste)

Directions

Bring all this to the boil.
Blend two tblspns.
Custard Powder with a little cold water to a smooth paste.
Stir into the boiling mixture.
Cook until done, stirring all the time.
Remove from fire and add 1 tblspn, butter.
Stir till well blended.
