Granada Green Beans Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 cups canned French-style green beans, drained | ||
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Green pepper | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| 2 1/2 cups canned tomato pieces, drained | ||
| Chili powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pinch cayenne | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 6 tbsp. grated | ||
| Parmesan cheese | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a one and a half quart casserole, place the beans
2. in a bowl, mix the onion, green pepper, tomatoes and seasonings and pour over the beans
3. Sprinkle cheese on top, cover and bake for twety minutes in an oven preheated to 350°
SERVING
4. Serve as required
