Ingredients

 
1 cup all-purpose flour 250 mL
 
3/4 tsp salt 4mL
 
4 tsp baking powder 20 mL
 
4 tbsp packed brown sugar 50 mL
 
I cup graham flour 250 mL
 
1 cup milk 250 mL
 
1egg, slightly beaten
 
4 tbsp butter or margarine, 50 mL melted

Directions

In a large bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, salt and baking powder.
Add brown sugar and graham flour.
Add milk, egg and melted butter, stirring just until blended.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, filling cups to the top.
Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
