Graham'S Egg Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1 envelope unfavored gelatin
1/4 c.cold water
1 c.mayonnaise
1/2 c. diced celery
6 hard cooked eggs sliced
1/3 c.chopped olives
Salt to taste
Dash of garlic salt
Tabasco sauce to taste
Directions
Soften gelatin in cold water; dissolve over hot water.
Combine mayonnaise, celery, eggs, olives, salt, garlic salt and Tabasco sauce.
Add gelatin.
Chill until firm
