Graham'S Egg Salad Recipe
My passion for Graham's Egg Salad grew during high school days. I just love Side Dish recipes and this dish is my only favorite amongst them. Easy eater, Fussy eater. No problem! Try this recipe for Graham's Egg Salad and win over all.
Ingredients
1 envelope unfavored gelatin
1/4 c.cold water
1 c.mayonnaise
1/2 c. diced celery
6 hard cooked eggs sliced
1/3 c.chopped olives
Salt to taste
Dash of garlic salt
Tabasco sauce to taste
Directions
Soften gelatin in cold water; dissolve over hot water.
Combine mayonnaise, celery, eggs, olives, salt, garlic salt and Tabasco sauce.
Add gelatin.
Chill until firm
