Easy Graham Streusel Coffee Cake Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 package 2-layer-size yellow or white cake mix
1 cup water
1/4 cup cooking oil
3 eggs
Powdered Sugar Icing
Directions
1 For streusel, in a medium mixing bowl combine graham cracker crumbs, pecans or walnuts, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir in the melted butter or margarine. Set aside.
2 In a large mixing bowl combine cake mix, water, cooking oil, and eggs. Beat on low speed with an electric mixer just until moistened. Beat on medium speed for 1 1/2 minutes. Pour half of the batter into a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Sprinkle batter with half of the streusel. Carefully spread the remaining batter over streusel; sprinkle with remaining streusel.
3 Bake in a 350° oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool slightly; drizzle with Powdered Sugar Icing.
