Ingredients

 1 cup unbleached white flour
 Whole wheat pastry flour3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Rye flour1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Baking soda1/2 Teaspoon
 Baking powder1 Teaspoon
 Cinnamon1/4 Teaspoon
 7 tbs. unsalted margarine
 Honey1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Molasses1 Tablespoon
 Cold water2 Tablespoon
 Vanilla1 Teaspoon

Directions

Combine dry ingredients.
Cut in margarine.
Combine wet ingredients and add to dry mixture.
Blend well.
Chill dough 2 hours.
Roll out dough 1/8" thick on a surface dusted with rye flour.
Cut into squares.
Prick all over with a fork.
Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
