 Graham cracker crumbs1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Brown sugar1 Tablespoon
 Unsweetened cocoa2 Teaspoon
 4 medium bananas, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
 2 tablespoons unsweetened orange juice

Directions

Combine cracker crumbs, sugar, and cocoa; mix well.
Dip banana pieces in orange juice; dredge in crumb mixture.
Arrange banana slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Freeze until firm.
Remove from freezer, and let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes to soften slightly
