|Sole fillet||1 Pound, frozen and thawed|
|Butter/Margarine||4 Tablespoon (Around 0.5 Stick)|
|All-purpose flour||4 Tablespoon|
|Dry white wine||2 Tablespoon|

Separate fillets; place in pan; cover.
Simmer for 12 minutes.
Lift fillets from liquid with a pancake turner; place in a shallow baking dish.
Pour liquid into a 2-cup measure; add water, if needed, to make 2 cups.
Melt butter or margarine in a medium-size saucepan; stir in flour.
Cook slowly, stirring constantly, until bubbly.
Stir in the 2 cups liquid; continue cooking and stirring until sauce thickens and boils 1 minute.
Stir in wine; pour over fish.
Bake in moderate oven (350Â°) for 25 minutes.
Serve with cooked rice.
