Exotic Chorizo and Ricotta Tart Recipe Video

Ingredients
chorizo , ricotta , salt , pepper , pastry dough , cheese , olive oil , parsley
Directions
MAKING
1 Cut the pastry dough in round shapes using a cutter.
2 In a bowl, combine ricotta, salt, pepper, cheese and chorizo.
3 Spread the prepared mixture evenly on half of the pastry dough circles.
4 Cover these with the remaining pastry dough round to form a sandwich.
5 Sprinkle with some parsley and bake in the oven until golden.
SERVING
6 Serve with a salad of your choice.

it was quite visible on the video maybe the final part which you just have to cover up with another round of pastry . it just an idea of ingredients mixed together you can find your own touch to it like cheese brand or type ... ;=) it will take 15-20 minutes in the 180 ยบ oven depends on what pastry you use
